About the President Awards & Associations Clients About the President David Yudkin founded R&D Designs in 1992 and soon launched Creative Professional Résumés as a Career Services division. One of approximately 400 Certified Professional Résumé Writers worldwide, Mr. Yudkin graduated as the top Communications graduate from Quinnipiac College and has completed additional M.B.A. courses. His earlier positions included business administration and management roles in legal, healthcare, and sales environments. In the 1980's, he served on a management consulting team to reconfigure the infrastructure for the State of Connecticut. For that project, Mr. Yudkin helped reclassify and rewrite job descriptions across all state government positions. Since forming CPR, Mr. Yudkin has written thousands of résumés in all fields including career search materials for over 30 vice president or director level clients from FORTUNE 1000 companies. With the advent of the Internet and a high volume of referrals, CPR has built a client base of customers from 35 nations. Additionally, Mr. Yudkin has completed freelance consulting projects for Digital Equipment Corporation and IBM. He has also conducted numerous guest speaking engagements and seminar programs at schools, colleges, workshops, and the Division of Employment Security (DES). In 1997, he was asked to participate by a large Japanese publishing company to contribute to a book on résumé writing for Japanese high tech professionals. Mr. Yudkin has received local awards and recognition and has been selected to Who's Who in Executives and Professionals since 1994.
